    All blocks and heads are spray washed using a PMW Spray Washer.
  • All cast iron blocks and heads are hot tanked
  • All sheet metal aluminum covers and small components, cylinder heads, valves and rods are shot blasted for tough cleaning and stress relieving.
  • All block surfaces are wire brushed and all holes retapped.
  • All oil galley plugs are removed for complete cleaning.
  • The press in galley plugs are tapped for screw-in plugs for high performance applications.
