We offer complete blueprinting services:

• Align boring crankshaft main line on a Berco BT6
• camshaft center to crankshaft center
• Deck squaring and dowel pin relocating, using BHJ Bore True fixturing
• Bore truing and center-to-center aligning cylinder alignment
• Block end and pan rail squaring
• Lifter bore truing installing bronze or cast bushings using BHJ Lifer True Fixturing
• Angle correction on cylinder head surface and intake surfaces
• O-Ring registers indexed in block and heads
• All blueprinting is done using BHJ Blueprint Fixture Plates
• Block boring & decking and o-ringing is done on a RMC 1000 Bore Mill using RMC blueprint block fixturing with a certified Heidenhain XYZ digital measuring system. Block is installed to fixturing using 2 inch bar and centering rings.
